Concrete Pumping Holdings initiates first dividend after 13% revenue growth

Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBCP) has initiated its first regular quarterly dividend, declaring $0.13 per share alongside strong fiscal third-quarter results. The company announced the moves on September 3, 2026.

The initial dividend is payable October 2, 2026, to stockholders of record as of September 18, 2026. The company currently intends to pay regular quarterly dividends going forward, subject to board approval.

A first dividend backed by growing cash flow

The new program totals $0.52 per share over the next four quarters, according to the company, representing a 5.6 percent initial yield based on the recent stock price.

Chief Executive Officer Bruce Young said the initiation reflects confidence in the company’s ability to generate consistent cash flow while continuing to invest in operations and reduce its debt burden over time.

Q3 fiscal 2026 results by the numbers

The quarter ended July 31, 2026 delivered growth across revenue, net income, and adjusted EBITDA. The company also raised its full-year outlook.

Metric Q3 FY2026 Change
Revenue $116.8 million Up 13 percent
Net income $4.9 million Up 33 percent
Adjusted EBITDA $30.4 million Up 13 percent
Adjusted EBITDA margin 26.0 percent Steady
Net debt to adjusted EBITDA 3.6x Improved from 3.8x

Where the growth came from

Demand from large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects, particularly data centers, stayed healthy during the quarter, Young said. The company’s Eco-Pan waste management business added organic growth, pricing discipline, and new customer wins.

U.S. concrete pumping revenue rose 9.9 percent with adjusted EBITDA up 17.8 percent. U.S. waste management revenue climbed 13.5 percent with adjusted EBITDA up 19.2 percent.

U.K. revenue rose 23.9 percent, though U.K. adjusted EBITDA fell 16.2 percent. Management described U.K. market conditions as more subdued, while residential and light commercial construction remain challenged in the United States.

Raised guidance and shareholder returns

Guidance item Prior outlook Updated outlook
Revenue $410 to $425 million $425 to $435 million
Adjusted EBITDA $98 to $105 million $103 to $108 million
Free cash flow About $45 million About $50 million

Alongside the dividend, the board extended the share repurchase program from December 31, 2026 to November 30, 2028. About $11.9 million remained available under the authorization as of July 31, 2026.

The company carried $425.0 million in debt and $382.0 million in net debt at quarter end, with total liquidity of $357.3 million.

What income investors should watch

  • First-payment timing. The October 2 payment goes to holders of record as of September 18. New buyers wait for the next quarterly declaration.
  • Construction exposure. Data center and infrastructure work is driving results; a slowdown there would test the new payout.
  • Debt path. A 3.6x net debt to adjusted EBITDA ratio leaves room for both dividends and buybacks, but refinancing costs bear watching.

The combination of a fresh dividend, an extended buyback, and raised guidance marks a clear shift toward returning capital. Income investors should still size positions with the construction cycle in mind.
